Avocado Hass - Persea Americana - Rootstock - Bacon
The grafted avocado Hass will be suited to the Southern Australian climate.
This will grow to a large tree 5-8m. Needs to be protected from frost in early stages of growth.
Plant in a warmer area, well drained slightly acidic soil is best. Water well during the warm/hot months.
Selectively prune annually.
Pear shaped dark green fruit best picked to ripen off the tree. 4 years to maturity to produce fruit.
