Azalea 'Exquisite' 14cm

Small, evergreen shrub with masses of flowers during spring. Likes a cool moist position free from lime.

Tolerant of both sunny positions or part shade. Plant in groups to give a big display of colour, ideal for pots. Azaleas like rich top soil, cultivate it before planting with organic matter rather than digging down into the clay. Light pruning after flowering is beneficial. Apply mulch around plant
