Camellia 'Bob Hope'

Large, brilliant, dark red, irregular semi-double blooms. Upright, dense growth a medium rate. Mid to late season flowering. Prefers a sunny to partly shaded position protected from hot drying winds.

Slightly acidic, fertile, humus rich well drained soil. Apply organic or slow release fertiliser in Spring, avoid lime, mulch well.

Suited best for both landscape and container growing. Responds well to tip pruning to shape the plant.
