Camellia sasanqua 'Sparkiling Burgandy' 

Small rose pink double form flowers fading to lavender-pink, produced early season on a fast-growing, upright shrub. Prefers a sunny to partly shaded position protected from hot drying winds. Slightly acidic, fertile, humus-rich well drained soil. Apply organic or slow release fertiliser in spring, avoid lime, mulch well. Suited for both landscapes and container growing. Responds well to tip pruning to shape the plant.
