Acacia Implexa 'Lightwood'
A medium sized tree with long, sickle-shaped, light green leaves, covered in clusters of light yellow to cream, fluffy, ball-like flowers during summer. This tree is similar to the popular Blackwood wattle and is distinguished by its summer flowering.
Ideal specimen, shade or shelter tree for parks and farms. Can be used to control gully erosion. Hardy and adaptable to most soil types.
Grows in well drained soil. Keep moist in summer and mulch well to keep roots cool and moist. Cultivate soil before planting. Tolerates dryness.
