Coriander
The serrated leaves are distinctively and strongly aromatic. White flowers are followed by small brown seeds.
The leaves are used to flavour a wide range of fresh and cooked dishes. The seeds are used whole or ground as a spice.
Grow in a sunny to partly shaded position in moist, well drained soil. Protect from very hot sun. Whole plants can be harvested at 4-6 weeks or left to mature and set seed.
