Local Deliveries (within 25km)

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 48hrs and dispatched within 2-7days.

Deliveries occur Fridays or by negotiation please contact our team. (No weekends or Public Holiday deliveries available, your order will be delivered within 7 days after). Monday-Thursday deliveries by negotiation only. Our drivers offer basic delivery and are on a tight schedule, we need to be able to leave the plants a reasonable distance from where our delivery vehicle is parked. We will not be able to assist with carrying plants and other items large distances down alleyways, up apartment blocks or across farming lots unless prior negotiation we will also not be able to provide advice or planting instructions. If you have access problems and require extra assistance or advice on delivery, please phone us on (03) 9737 0400 and we can arrange extra assistance.

Shipment cost

 Min Spend $25

Orders between $25.00 - $149.00 will incur a $25.00 delivery fee

Orders between $150.00 - $499 will incur a $10.00 delivery fee

Orders over $500 will receive free delivery

 Shipment to P.O. boxes N/A. we are only able to offer delivery to your home address.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive order conformation at the time you place your order confirming that your order was successful via email or automated txt. You will then be notified via email or txt that your order has been dispatched and again once delivered.

What if I’m not home?

If you are not home at the time of your delivery, we will your order near your doorstep. A photo will be taken for proof of delivery and any stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Damages Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on plants, sale items, special orders, or vouchers.

Due to the very nature of live plants special care and attention is required to maintain their health and longevity.  Please choose carefully.

Please inspect your order upon pick up or delivery and make staff aware if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any errors immediately.

Click & Collect

Once your order is ready for pick up or delivery we will contact you via txt or email. when you arrive in our carpark please call the number on the gate and a staff member will assist you.

Saturday 8.30am - 2pm.
