We offer local delivery within 25km
All orders are processed within 48hrs and dispatched within 10 days. we will contact you to arrange delivery after you place your order.
Our drivers offer basic delivery and are on a tight schedule, we need to be able to leave the plants a reasonable distance from where our delivery vehicle is parked.
We will not be able to assist with carrying plants and other items large distances down alleyways, up apartment blocks or across farming lots unless prior negotiation occurs. We will also not be able to provide advice or planting instructions. If you have access problems and require extra assistance or advice on delivery, please phone us on (03) 9737 0400 and we can arrange extra assistance.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Estimated delivery time is within 4 to 10 days via Yarra View Garden Centre’s home delivery vehicle.
Shipment cost
Minimum spend $30
Orders between $30.00 - $150 will incur a $30.00 delivery fee
Orders between $150.01 - $500 will incur a $20.00 delivery fee
Orders over $500 will receive free delivery

Shipment to PO boxes is not available, we are only able to offer delivery to your home address.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive confirmation at the time you place your order that your order was successful via email or automated text message. You will then be notified via email or text message that your order has been delivered.
What if I’m not home?
If you are not home at the time of your delivery, we will leave your order near your doorstep. A photo will be taken for proof of delivery and any stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Damages Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on plants, sale items, special orders or vouchers.
Due to the very nature of live plants, special care and attention is required to maintain their health and longevity.
Please inspect your order upon pick up or delivery and make staff aware if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then address the issue and correct any errors immediately.
