Japanese Mustard

Mizuna is a sweet and peppery salad vegetable that adds zest to the average green salad. Can be harvested year round leaf by leaf. Attractive fern like leaves have a sweet flavour with a subtle hint of mustard.

Plant 35 cm apart. Occasionally cut plant off at ground level, fertilise and stand back.

Prefers moist but well drained soil in a part to full sun position.
