Austromyrtus 'Coppertops' 14cm

Austromyrtus 'Coppertops' is a natural cross between Austromyrtus dulcis or 'Midyim Berry' and Austromyrtus tenifolium.

It is strong and hardy, growing 1.5m x 1.2m across in a spreading semi weeping habit. Covered with 'coppery new growth it makes a colourful addition to your garden. Masses of white flowers occur all over the plant during spring, followed by edible fruits. Austromyrtus 'Coppertops' is ideal for a low spreading hedge, benefits from regular pruning and you can prune to shape. It will grow in any open average to moist position and is tough and hardy.
