Banksia repens 14cm

Banksia repens also known as Creeping Banksia is a prostrate growing Banksia with horizontal branches. The branches often grow just under the soil surface and flowers appear to be sitting on the ground. 

Foliage is glossy, thick, dark green and fern-like, creating a great backdrop for the golden brown flowers in spring and summer. It is an excellent specimen for water efficient gardens. Suitable in coastal areas.

Plant in well drained soil in a full sun position. For best results mulch well to conserve moisture and suppress weeds. Feed with an Australian native fertiliser as directed.
