This plant exhibits a compact, bushy growth pattern and showcases small, single flowers with striking pink and white petals and bright yellow stamens. It is remarkably hardy and makes an ideal choice for low hedges, container gardens, or as a focal plant. For best results, it should be planted in a sheltered spot that is protected from harsh, drying winds and prefers slightly acidic, well-drained soil with high fertility. In the spring, it can benefit from organic or slow-release fertiliser and mulch to encourage robust growth. The shape of this plant can be easily maintained through tip pruning.
