A mat-forming ground cover with small, rounded leaves and a strong peppermint smell.
During Summer, small violet flowers appear amongst the foliage. Crushed leaves release the strong aromatic scent which makes it ideal for planting between pavers or stepping stones.
Prefers a cool, shady position in moist well drained soil. Keep moist during dry weather.
