Allium 'Shallots'

A light green coloured with snow white flesh with mild, sweet taste. before planting cultivate soil to 20cm and mix in compost and a complete garden fertiliser. Use sliced, diced or sauteed - great for sandwiches, salads and hot dishes. 

Plant 25cm apart

Water regularly 

harvest in 6-8 weeks
