Cymbopogon citratus  'Lemon Grass' 

A perennial grass with strongly lemon scented foliage. Leaves and the thick stems at the base of the plant are used as a herb.

Grow in pots or in the herb garden. Use fresh or dried in curries, stir-fry, chicken and fish dishes as well as in herbal teas.

Thrives in moist, well drained soil in a sunny position protected from frost.
