Lemon Balm 100mm

Lemon Balm is a clump forming perennial with leaves that have a mild lemon scent when crushed. Small white flowers appear in summer which are good for attracting bees.

Suits large pots and garden beds.  Cultivate well drained soil before planting.

Protect from hot summer sun. Harvest regularly to promote fresh, bushy new growth,

Use fresh leaves occasionally to make a tea said to improve digestion. Adds a lemon flavour to sauces, fruit salads, fish and chicken dishes.
