Microseries lanceolata 'Yam Daisy' 14cm

An important food source for Aboriginal people and is indigenous to Southern states.  A dandelion-like plant that spreads easily spread by seed. The tap root can be harvested spring to summer and is a valuable food source high in minerals and inulin. 

A perennial native herb with edible root and yellow daisy like flowers that tolerates light frosts.
