Pyrus communis 'Packham's Triumph' 

A deciduous tree producing large, yellow fruits with excellent texture and flavour. Pollinators; 'Winter Nellis', 'Winter Cole' or 'Josephine De'Malines'. The abundant sweet pears can be harvested to eat fresh, refrigerated, dry or preserved. Ideal for cooking. Best grown in a sunny, well drained, open position. Prune after harvest, removing crowded and crossing branches to allow light to penetrate to the centre of the tree.
