Pak Choy is a green stemmed vegetable with dark green leaves: Water and fertilise regularly. Protect seedlings from snails.

Position: Full sun.

Harvest: 7-8 weeks.

Spacing: 30-40cm apart.

Planting Guide: Cultivate area to a depth of 15cm. Mix fertiliser at the recommended rates. If planting into a pot, use a quality potting mix.
