Parsley 'Curly', native to the Mediterranean region is an easy-to-grow biennial with ruffled green leaves that is suitable for growing in pots, garden beds and borders. It is rich in vitamins and minerals. Growing Tip: Cultivate well drained soil before planting. Keep moist in dry weather. A low maintenance plant. Harvest regularly to avoid plant going to seed. Uses: Add to sauces, salads, stuffing, other cooked dishes or use as a garnish. Can be dried or frozen for long lasting flavour.
