Photinia glabra rubens 7cm

Photinia glabra rubens is a hardy, evergreen shrub with large, green, glossy leaves. In winter new foliage is bright, crimson red. In spring clusters of white flowers are borne followed by blue-black berries. 
Prefers a moist, well draining soil rich in organic matter. Plant in full sun or part shade. Water regularly after planting until established. Mulch well to supress weeds and reduce soil water loss.

Useful as either a short or tall hedge. An ideal plant for windbreaks.
