A native grass with broad, dark green foliage. Soft, dense, tufted perennial that spreads outwards.
Its foliage is a rich green, with green to purple flower spikes appearing from Spring to Summer.
Naturally occurs in forests and open grasslands of southern New South Wales and Victoria. A great option for erosion control.
Flowering masks.
Food for birds and caterpillars.
Moist to wet soils.
Full sun to semi shade.
