Silverbeet Rainbow Punnet

Silverbeet Rainbow Mix has bright, coloured stalks and leaves. 

Before planting cultivate soil to 20cm and mix in compost and a complete garden fertiliser.

Rainbow Mix includes gold, red, cream, white and pink coloured plants. Best eaten when young and tender. Harvest from the outside leaves first. This variety of silverbeet tastes amazing sliced, diced or sautéed, and is great for salads and hot dishes.
