Silverbeet Rainbow Chard 100mm

Beta vilgaris var.cicla 

leafy vegetable with brilliantly coloured, highly ornamental and tasty stalks which can be pink. cream, yellow, red or white. Use in a variety of cooked dishes or as a colourful garnish. Best used when leaves are young and tender. Grow in a sunny position in moist, well drained soil. Enrich soil with compost and a complete fertiliser. 

Plant 20cm apart 

Harvest after 5-8 weeks
