Spiraea nipponica Snowmound 

A mid-size fast growing shrub with elegant arching branches and clusters of flat single white flowers from spring to late summer, which is great for bringing in the pollinators. The round shape gives off a slight weeping effect. Frost and drought tolerant once established. Prefers a cooler climate, in a full sun to part shade position and grows well in most soil types.
