Syzygium jambos ‘Rose Apple’ 14cm

Syzygium jambos 'Rose Apple' is an attractive, evergreen tree bearing juicy rose-scented fruit. The fruit can be eaten fresh, stewed or preserved. This plant also makes for a lovely spreading shade tree!

'Rose Apple' tolerates a wide range of soils and conditions, including sheltered and windy coastal sites. A full sun to partly shaded position in moist, well drained soil is best for this plant. For best results, be sure to water deeply during extended dry periods.

Fully grown, this plant can reach a height of 8m and a width of 4m.
