Fine woody stems with fine leaves make an arching bush. The leaves are pleasantly aromatic when crushed. Masses of tiny pink flowers from late winter to spring provide a showy display. Suited to free draining but moist soils and sun or dappled shade. Tolerant of frost and salty windswept or protected coastal sites. Water by deep soaking occasionally over hot dry spells. Great in tubs, rockeries or along paths. Makes a delicate feature in garden or raised beds. Is an excellent cut flower for indoor arrangements.
