A delicious herb with a zest of lemon flavour, making it a fantastic addition to teas, salads, fish or deserts. Use this herb fresh or dried. Lemon Thyme is drought tolerant, and a great filler between pavers. Looks great in pots and containers, and planted into rockeries. Its pink-purple flowers attract bees and butterflies.
